Payment terms are negotiated per project. We may require an advance deposit before work begins. All official fees will be detailed in your project proposal and invoice.

All intellectual property generated by Ahopez Innovations remains our property until the final payment for the project is received in full.

We take the privacy of your business data seriously. Any internal information shared with us will be kept confidential and used exclusively for project execution.

Either party can terminate an engagement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, payment for all work completed up to that point becomes immediately due.

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific market outcomes. Success depends on various external factors including market conditions and client collaboration.
