Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of a project is allowed only within 7 days of the project start date. If you decide to cancel within this period, you are eligible for a refund.

To request a cancellation, contact us at arun@ahopez.in within the specified timeframe.

Any payments made for third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, VPS, SSL, CDN, or DLT registration are strictly non-refundable.

These payments are used to purchase services from external providers on your behalf and are subject to their specific policies.

Clients are responsible for requesting refunds directly from third-party providers if applicable. Our company is not responsible for their individual refund processes.

We recommend reviewing external provider policies prior to making any payments.
