Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ahopez Innovations, we value our clients and strive to provide the best services and products possible. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel a project or request a refund.


1. Project Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project only within 3 days of signing the project agreement. After this period, the project will be considered confirmed, and no cancellation or refund will be permitted.

2. Product Refunds

Refunds for purchased products are available only within 3 days of the original purchase date. Once this period has expired, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain fees such as setup charges, customization costs, or third-party integrations are non-refundable. These will be clearly mentioned in the invoice or project proposal.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at arun@ahopez.in with your invoice or project agreement details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
